Dr Tania Ross
Practice Principal / Owner - GDC No. 74813 BDS (Duns) 1998 Tania qualified from Dundee University in 1998 after which she worked in a practice in Northampton undertaking her Vocational training year as part of the University of Oxford. In 1999 she joined Garston Lodge as an associate dentist and in January 2001 took joint ownership of the practice. In 2020 Tania became the sole owner following the retirement of her colleagues. In her 25-year career span she has always loved the buzz of a general dental practice, enjoying most of all treating families and helping them have healthy mouths for the long term. Tania enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and attends many courses, in 2017 she completed further training in Facial Aesthetics and Short-Term Clear Aligner Orthodontics. Her composed and comforting personality enables her to interact with nervous patients and children effectively. She is passionate about her work and is known to go above and beyond for her patients to ensure that they receive high quality, painless treatment. Tania is married with two boys and enjoys socialising, cooking, travelling, and spending time with her family. |
ASSOCIATE DENTISTS
Dr Bhavik Sonigra
Associate Dentist - GDC No. 212277 BDS (Lon) 2011 Bhavik graduated from London in 2011 and has been a Dentist at the Practice since 2016. He has been looking after patients at the practice for many years and has a passion for Aesthetic and Reconstructive Dentistry. This allows Bhavik to look after his patients using minimally invasive techniques, which is mirrored in his artistic flair and attention to detail. By regularly attending conferences and lectures around the world, Bhavik has built up a wealth of knowledge and skill which allows him to help transform peoples smiles with care and skill. He has a reputation for being a great communicator which allows him to listen and address your wants and needs in an attentive, empathetic, and professional way, while ensuring he achieves fantastic outcomes for the individuals he looks after. Bhavik’s general interests range from photographing weddings, raising money for charity, powerlifting, exploring the British Countryside and supporting Arsenal FC. |
Dr Nikita Patel
Associate Dentist - GDC No. 210527 BDS (Birm) 2011 MFDS (Edin) 2014 Nikita qualified as a dentist from the University of Birmingham Dental in 2011 and over the years has been practicing in the Essex, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire areas. Nikita enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and believes in providing a relaxed, gentle, and tailored approach for each patient’s needs. She has developed her skills to offer a variety of treatment options including Invisalign and aesthetic composites. Furthermore, she is a provider for skin health to help her clients feel comfortable, look fresh and rejuvenated. When not in surgery Nikita enjoys spending time with her family, keeping fit and hiking! |
Dr Thariq Farook
Associate Dentist - GDC No. 289838 BDS (Leic) 2014 BDS (LON) 2020 Dr Thariq Farook graduated from King's College London in 2020. He offers a range of general dental treatments and has an interest in the surgical aspects of dentistry. He regularly treats nervous patients and is known for his warm and gentle chairside manner. Thariq continues to pursue further education to provide the best treatment outcomes for patients by attending various courses. Aside from his passion for dentistry, he is an avid football fan and loves to travel. |
HYGIENISTS
Donna Richards
Hygienist - GDC No. 4224 RDH (Lon) 1992 Donna is from Kendal in Cumbria, after leaving school she worked as a Dental Nurse before moving to Whitechapel to study at College. As a child she spent 10 years in Western Australia with her parents and sister living in small, Outback, iron ore mining towns where her father worked Donna qualified from the Royal London Hospital Medical College in 1992 with dual qualifications in both Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy. Donna has worked as a Dental Hygienist in specialist clinics in hospital services at the Royal London and in general practice in London and Watford gaining a wide range of experience. She also worked as a Dental Therapist for Redbridge Health Authority where she learned how to treat a range of patients, mostly children and special needs, but those anxious of dental treatment and has kept herself up to date with latest techniques by attending regular conferences and lectures She moved to Watford in 1999, married in 2000 and has two children. Donna has many interests including hiking, mostly in the Lake District, days out with family and friends and reading. |
Charlotte Parker
Hygienist - GDC No. 233839 RDH (Leeds) 2016 Charlotte qualified from the University of Leeds in 2016 with a dual qualification in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy. Prior to dental school, Charlotte was a dental and implant nurse at Chrysalis Dental Practice and has also completed work in Great Ormond Street Hospital with paediatric patients, and in a dental practice in the USA. Charlotte has a keen interest in implant maintenance, composite restorations and working with nervous patients. Charlotte enjoys motivating and encouraging her patients to improve their oral health as a team. Charlotte is a member of the British Association of Dental Therapists, and the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy. To further her skills, Charlotte is looking to further undertake courses in tooth whitening, dental and facial aesthetics, and implant therapy. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys keeping fit and going to the gym and socialising with both friends and family. |
Samiya Choudhary
Hygienist - GDC No. 136973 BDS (Dhaka) 2005 Samiya qualified from the University of Dhaka in 2005. Having worked in Saudi Arabia until 2007, Samiya moved to the UK. Samiya has practiced in a wide range of practices in Hertfordshire and London and has been valued member of the team at Garston Lodge since 2022 Outside of the practice Samiya enjoys spending time with her family. Samiya has the benefit of offering early morning appointments. |
Latha Yogarajan
Hygienist - GDC No. 285460 BDS (Sri Lan) 2000 Latha qualified in 2000 from the University of Perindeniya, Sri Lanka where she practiced until 2005. After moving to the UK, Latha has practiced in the local area since 2021. Latha has been an asset to Garston Lodge since she started at the practice in 2022 and offers the convenience of evening appointments. Outside of the practice Latha enjoys spending time with her daughters. |
