"Not long after moving to a new area and not being happy with the second dentist I had entrusted to tinker around my mouth, I found myself on a ski holiday with a dental issue when one of the ski crowds recommended, I visit Garston Lodge Dental Practice as soon as I returned from the holiday. The practice is nowhere near where I live but, as he was not part of the practice, but a dental technician serving the general area, with no apparent personal or professional gain, I heeded his advice. That was almost 14 years ago, and I still live a four-hour commute from the practice but have no desire to change dentists. As someone with many and continuing dental needs, I feel quite experienced in this particular patient field and am not easily pleased. I truly believe I have the best dentist, hygienist and practice. Not only do they offer excellent and honest care, always keeping in mind costs versus benefits and happily talking through alternatives with me, I am treated with respect, courtesy, efficiency, and kindness from everyone in the practice: their consistent modus operandi which I have witnessed countless times with their other patients too, whether it be in person or by phone. A wonderful example of how a professional, happy, co-operative team equals happy patients."
